program does not cover information that may be collected through downloadable

2. Collection and Use
of Personal Information
Personal
information that we collect from you includes: (i) Contact Information such as
name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and (ii) Billing
Information such as credit card number, and billing address.
As is true of
most web sites, we also automatically gather information about your access
device such as your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and
operating system. We use this information to: (i) Respond to customer service
requests, (ii) Respond to your questions and concerns, and (iii) To improve the
Yorn service.
3. Information Obtained from Third
Parties
If you provide
us personal information about others, or if others give us your information, we
will only use that information for the specific reason for which it was
provided to us (e.g., our referral program).

Sharing
We
are not in the business of selling or renting your information to telemarketers
and do not share your personally identifiable information with others, except:

this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and
tracking the success of our referral program.

Payment Solutions (“BrainTree”) www.braintreepaymentsolutions.com
is our e-commerce solutions provider and has been contracted to process our
credit card payments on your behalf. They host our ordering system, and collect
your billing information directly from you for the purpose of processing your
order. BrainTree does not use this information for any other purpose and
operates under strict privacy and confidentiality policies including maintaining
PCI compliant operations and other standard payment security procedures as
mandated.

10. Customer
Testimonials/Comments/Reviews
We may post
customer testimonials/comments/reviews on our Site, which may contain personally
identifiable information. If we do,
we will obtain the customer's consent by email prior to posting such testimonial/comment/review.

Cookies - We may use cookies, for example, to keep track of your
preferences and profile information. Cookies are also used to collect general
usage and volume statistical information that does not include personal

LinkedIn, Facebook, and twitter). Personal information, such as your email

Widget to enable it to function properly. Information collected by this Widget is
governed by the privacy policy of the company that created it.
Furthermore,
we intend to make available to you through our Site sign-in services such as
Facebook Connect and/or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate
your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information
with us, such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign up form.
